Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app store or payment provider used for the initial purchase.

All payments made are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Zwink reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or features. Changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Termination of Account

You may terminate your account at any time by navigating to the app settings and selecting the "Delete Account" option.

Zwink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities detrimental to the platform's integrity.

Upon termination, your account information, matches, and interactions may be permanently deleted.

All content, trademarks, logos, and features on Zwink are the property of Zwink or its licensors. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

You retain ownership of the content you post on the platform but grant Zwink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform-related purposes.

Zwink is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the platform’s performance, availability, or suitability for your needs.

Zwink is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between users.

We do not guarantee successful matches or connections and disclaim liability for any outcomes resulting from user interactions.
