Terms of
Service
The short version: be 18+, play fair, be decent to other players. Points are for fun and have no cash value.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old and live in India to use Zwink. One account per person, tied to a mobile number you own. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Keep your phone and OTP to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account. Your first name, college or workplace and city are shown to other players. Don't impersonate anyone or use a name that's offensive.
3. Fair play
No bots, auto-tappers, scripts, emulators, shared accounts or deliberately losing to boost someone else. We run automated checks, and suspicious matches may be voided and points removed.
4. Points, streaks & rewards
Points, streaks, spins and store items are virtual. They can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money. We may adjust point values, prizes and leaderboard rules, and will announce changes in the app.
5. Daily Showdown
The Showdown runs at 9:00 PM IST. The lobby closes 10 minutes after it opens. Results are final once posted, except where we find a fair-play violation.
6. Location
We use your approximate area to match you with nearby players. You can play without location access. Distances shown to others are rounded, and your exact location is never shared.
7. Suspension & deletion
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account.
8. Liability
Zwink is provided as is. We aren't liable for lost points, streaks or downtime, or for indirect losses, to the extent the law allows.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu.
Privacy
Policy
We collect what we need to match you and run the leaderboards. We don't sell your data, and your exact location is never shown to anyone.

How we use it
To verify your account, match you with nearby players, run leaderboards and the Daily Showdown, send the notifications you've turned on, detect cheating and fix bugs.
What other players see
Your first name, initial, college or workplace, city, rounded distance (e.g. 2.4 km), win record and leaderboard rank. Never your phone number or exact location.
Sharing
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Zwink (SMS delivery, hosting, crash reporting), under contract, or when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent and raise a grievance. Turn off location, contacts and notifications any time in your phone settings.
