  4. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the program.
  5. Ambassadors must adhere to our brand guidelines in all promotions.
  6. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the ambassador program at any time.
  7. Rewards, perks, or incentives are subject to change based on performance and availability.
  8. Sharing confidential program details with outside parties is strictly prohibited.
  9. You consent to us contacting you via email or phone for program-related updates.
  10. Participation does not establish any employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Zwink Ambassador Program  (Influencers Ambassador, Campus Ambassador ). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program organized by Zwink (Luvloop Technologies Private Limited) (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling or participating in this Program, you (“Ambassador”, “Influencer”, or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or above residing in India.
  • Participants must have an active and authentic social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, or similar networks.
  • Zwink reserves the absolute right to review, approve, or reject any application to the Program without providing any reason.
  • Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Zwink team may not be eligible to participate unless expressly permitted.
  • 2. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

  • The purpose of the Zwink Ambassador Program is to promote the Zwink app through genuine influencer collaborations and community engagement.
  • Ambassadors will be assigned unique referral links, codes, or tracking methods  to measure their promotional effectiveness.
  • Each referral or app install must be generated through authentic and organic means.
  • Ambassadors are expected to create, post, and share original content about Zwink in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
  • 3. PERFORMANCE & VERIFICATION

  • Only verified and legitimate installs will be considered for evaluation and rewards.
  • An install will be verified when:
    1. It originates from a unique, real user
    2. The user successfully registers and remains active  for a defined minimum 2 days
    3. The referral source matches the ambassador’s unique code or link.
  • Zwink reserves the right to audit, verify, or disqualify  any referral or performance metric suspected of being fraudulent or manipulated.
  • 4. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY & MISCONDUCT

    Ambassadors are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using bots, emulators, fake accounts, or incentivized downloads.
  • Running paid advertisements or misleading campaigns without prior approval from Zwink.
  • Misrepresenting the Zwink brand, app functionality, or user experience.
  • Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or any inappropriate conduct that may harm the Zwink community or its reputation.
  • Violation of these rules may lead to immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of all pending or future benefits.

    5. CONTENT GUIDELINES

  • All promotional content created under this Program must:
    1. Accurately represent Zwink’s purpose, values, and community tone.
    2. Avoid explicit, discriminatory, or offensive material.
    3. Follow the guidelines and policies of the respective social media platforms used.
  • Ambassadors are encouraged to maintain authentic storytelling  while promoting the app.
  • Zwink retains the right to request modifications or removal  of any content that violates brand or ethical standards.
  • 6. BRAND REPRESENTATION

  • Ambassadors shall use only the official brand assets  (logos, images, and media kits) provided by Zwink.
  • Any alteration, distortion, or misuse of Zwink’s brand assets without written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • Ambassadors represent Zwink as independent partners — not as employees, agents, or legal representatives.
  • All public communication, including posts, stories, or captions, must maintain a professional and respectful tone  toward Zwink and its community.
  • 7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND USAGE RIGHTS

  • By participating in the Program, Ambassadors grant Zwink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license  to use, reproduce, and share their submitted or created content for marketing, advertising, or social promotion.
  • Zwink may feature ambassador content on its official channels (such as Instagram, website, newsletters, or campaigns) with due credit to the creator.
  • The Ambassador retains ownership of their original content while granting Zwink usage rights as described above.
  • 8. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Ambassadors may gain access to confidential information such as upcoming features, campaigns, or user data insights.
  • All such information must be treated as confidential and must not be disclosed, shared, or used for personal or competitive advantage.
  • Any breach of confidentiality will lead to immediate termination from the Program and potential legal action.
  • 9. TERMINATION

  • Zwink reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate   an ambassador’s participation at any time, with or without cause.
  • Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
    1. Violation of these Terms
    2. Misconduct or reputational harm
    3. Fraudulent referrals or unethical promotion.
  • Ambassadors may voluntarily exit the Program by submitting written notice or email to the Zwink team.
  • Upon termination, all brand assets and promotional materials must be discontinued immediately.
  • 10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • Zwink may collect limited data (including referral performance, audience insights, and demographic analytics) solely for program tracking and performance analysis.
  • Zwink shall handle all data in compliance with its Privacy Policy and shall not sell or disclose personal data to third parties without consent.
  • Ambassadors agree to adhere to all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
  • 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Zwink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Program.
  • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the Ambassador’s own discretion and risk.
  • Zwink’s aggregate liability, if any, shall be limited to the verified benefits earned under the Program.
  • 12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

  • Zwink reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate  the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued participation in the Program following any modification shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • Ambassadors are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for updates.
  • 13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes or claims arising from this Program shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

    14. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

     

    By enrolling in or continuing participation in the Zwink Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
